The Council wishes to procure the following the following work:
As part of W&F Councils Planned Maintenance Programme - Corporate Properties, works are required to Walney Library to include:
• Attendance for decant / reinstatement of library goods and equipment;
• Removal of ACM ceilings and replacement with new suspended ceilings;
• Electrical works to include new distribution board, new LED lighting, new power, emergency lighting, fire alarm, security alarm;
• Replacement of flat roof covering with new insulated Bauder built up felt system;

In 2023, the Authority published its Supported and Specialist Housing Strategy, Cornwall Supported & Specialist Housing Strategy 2023-2050 which sets out the future demand for services. Housing Refurbishment Contract

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council (the Council) (ADC), Ashfield District Council is seeking tenders for a single Contractor to undertake general building repairs and maintenance work to properties throughout the District of Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. The Authority's detailed requirements are set out in the specification of works. The quantities contained in the Schedule of Rates section of this document are provided as provisional quantities only. This contract is monitored by the completion of post work inspections and on occasions ADC may undertake Tenant surveys. Contractors shall make every effort to achieve the highest possible standard of work and customer satisfaction as the results of monitoring processes will form the basis for the continued allocation of work under this contract. We intend to award to a single supplier to deliver all works detailed in the specifications. The winning supplier must be able to provide all works detailed in the specifications Directly or supply chain/sub-contractors. If bidders can only provide parts of the works detailed in the specifications or provide pricing for only parts of the SOR's you will be disqualified from the tender process and you bid will not be evaluated.
