The list is not exhaustive and is not a guarantee of actual workload:
Legal advice specific to PHSO business needs to include:
1.	Professional advice on PHSO casework, for example jurisdictional advice.
2.	Professional advice regarding Judicial Review.
3.	Professional advice relating to any other form of litigation, for example breach of contract, Equality Act and small claims.
4.	To conduct litigation on behalf of PHSO, to include but not limited to Judicial Review.
5.	Property Services: Leases, licences, deeds of variation and property related legal issues.
6.	Employment issues including litigation.
7.	Information:  Issues relating to the Data Protection Act; General Data Protection Regulations, Freedom of Information data sharing and data security etc.
8.	General advice relating to contracting issues relating to external PHSO contractors.

CPC is seeking a solution that would deliver a legally robust data sharing licence that project partners would be comfortable in signing, while enabling efficient management of future changes without requiring repeated processes of re-signing. It should include a simple onboarding process for new users or asset owners that avoids extensive re-signing by existing participants and ensure that any additional future data sharing activities are automatically covered under the same licence, eliminating the need for supplementary agreements or repeated approvals. Metro Go Legal Services

Nexus requires suitably qualified and experienced legal advisors to support Nexus on a project to plan, procure, design, construct, commission and safely operate a new signalling system as part of the MetroGo project. Other significant elements include identifying and procuring property suitable for a new control centre and other packages of land adjacent to the Metro Infrastructure. More details on Nexus' requirements are set out in the Specification. The contract term is 84 months with an option to extend for a further 36 months, so as to ensure that Nexus' requirements are fully met within the MetroGo project that is in itself subject to the endorsement and approval of the Outline Business Case (OBC) by Government in due course, and this legal retainer is expected to encompass the advice required to (i) prepare the content of the OBC; (ii) implement the agreed strategies set out in the OBC; (iii) deliver the OBC & Final Business Case strategies and, in turn, commission a new signalling system via the MetroGo project. The exact scope of work during the commission will be subject to the timely progress of the project and is set out in the Specification.
