HAYLOCK HOUSE - FIRE COMPARTMENTATION REMEDIALS/REINSTATEMENTS AS HIGHLIGHTED ON CONDITION/SURVEY REPORT

All documents and supplementary information regarding this procurement are provided and it is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure they have familiarised themselves with all the documentation and read all instructions and requirements. Haylock House, Kettering Venture Park, Kettering, NN15 6EY: Fire compartmentation remedials/reinstatements as per condition report/survey • Carry out remedials to the fire stopping at the above named site as highlighted in the supplied Fire Compartmentation report. • The reports highlight deficiencies and their recommended remedials. • Remedials are to be actioned as per the report and a completion report produced to enable cross reference to the original inspection reports. • Each area of repair is to be labelled in situ for identification purposes. • Any request to deviate from the recommended remedials highlighted on the report are to be fully explained with reasons, in writing. • Bidders are required to have 3rd Party certification. For example, FIRAS - Fire Accreditation Scheme, BM TRADA - Timber Research & Development Association, IFCC - International Fire Consultants Certification. • The original full report and a manifest of fire stopping remedials only are provided. You are NOT concerned with fire doors under this tender. Fire Doors are dealt with under a different scheme. • All works are to be carried out in normal working hours unless agreed by client for out of hours working but it would be prudent to include a contingency sum for the out of hours labour element, which would only be drawn down with client agreement.
