This Pre-Due Diligence Readiness Assessment is to deliver a focused, risk-based evaluation of the project's preparedness to transition from a Govt organisation to a project financed asset entity (LTC-Co). Over an initial four-week period, a dedicated team is to undertake a deep dive into construction and operations readiness, assessing management structures, schedules, resource capabilities, contractor strategies, health and safety compliance, quality assurance, and operational handover planning.
This approach facilitates early identification of significant risks and gaps, enabling timely action to be taken ahead of formal due diligence and financing. The assessment will be informed by structured interviews, comprehensive document reviews, and targeted workshops with key LTC delivery and interface leads, culminating in clear, actionable recommendations to support a successful transition.
