South Otterington - Design & Build

Description

The Client has awarded a Works Order through the Civil Engineering Contractors Framework 2021 (CECF2021) agreement under lot 1 for South Otterington Culvert - Design and Build. The selection procedure being followed is the Further Competition procedure.

Brief Summary:

Design Works:
- Design of GRP lining 
- Design of headwall 
- Design of iron parapet
- Design of temporary works
- Technical approval procedure (CG300)

Construction Works:
- Excavate & install concrete toe beams. 
- Install temporary bridge
- Install GRP lining. 
- Install iron parapets.
- Removal & disposal of existing iron footbridge.
- Widen existing structure (footway installation)
- Headwall reconstruction.
- Drainage realignment.
