Description

Leicester City Council on behalf of the Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland ICB invites Tenders for the provision of ADHD pre and post diagnosis support offer for adults 18+ (the ‘Service’).
The Service will offer support to adults 18+ with either a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The primary function of this Service will be to offer a comprehensive programme of support, which includes a robust offer of Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to those who either self refer or are signposted to the Service.

The proposed Contract will be for an initial period of 12 months anticipated to commence on 13th October 2025 to 12th October 2026 (initial term) with an option to extend, subject to funding and satisfactory performance outcomes and agreement by the Authority, for further period of 12 months to 12th October 2027, taking the contract term to a maximum of 24 months.

Integrated Youth Service Offer

Knowsley Council intends to commission an Integrated Youth Offer Service to fulfil its statutory requirement under Section 507B of the Education Act 1996. This will comprise of two Lots: Lot 1 - Detached Youth Work and Holistic Health & Wellbeing Support for Young People. The aim of this Service is to intervene in the lives of young people and offer a challenging programme of informal social education. Youth workers on this service will be important influencers on young people's lives to stimulate discussion and involve them in a variety of activities. This model of youth work practice will be targeted at young people on their territory (streets, parks, open and shared public spaces). Participation is voluntary and engagement is on the terms of the young people. This service will also be responsible for delivering our 'youth voice' offer across the Borough, including the responsibility for the maintenance and delivery of our local youth parliament and associated youth engagement and social action groups. The service will also be responsible for delivering holistic health and wellbeing support provision for young people within the borough of Knowsley. This element of the service will be called the (Teenage Health in Knowsley Service - (THinK). The THinK service will be responsible for working with the Council and partner organisations to deliver public health interventions, information, advice and support to young people in Knowsley. The service must work with colleagues in public health and partner organisations across Knowsley to co-design this support. The service will act as a key delivery partner to ensure that key public health messages, interventions, information, advice and support are provided to young people in Knowsley in a consistent and seamless manner. The successful provider will also be expected to maintain the Our Place building on Longview Drive, Huyton which will also be included in this Contract. The anticipated costs associated with the running of this building have also been included as part of the Contract's budget. Lot 2 - Targeted 1-1 Work. The aim of this Service is to support young people in the Borough to ensure they reach their potential; overcome barriers they face and achieve the outcomes and goals they set themselves. The Service will work in a variety of ways; including 1-1, small group work, coaching, etc., and will be responsible for the promotion of the Service to young people in the area. The Service will also contribute to Boroughwide activities and events for young people. The Service will be available to all Knowsley young people aged 11 up to their 18th birthday or aged 25 for young people with SEND. The Service Contract is anticipated to be for a term of 4 years, with provision for further periods of time up to a maximum of 24 months in aggregate. Providers are eligible to apply for one or both Lots.

Drive Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Intervention - CPA/SPU/2667P

UK3 Planned Procurement Notice. Cheshire Constabulary would like to partner with a Provider to deliver a ‘Drive’ Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Intervention across Cheshire for an initial 18- month period. Funding to the PCC for Cheshire has been confirmed for the initial mobilisation and delivery of The Drive Project for the financial years 2025-2026 and 2026-27, however the exact allocation of funding is yet to be advised and in addition, will be pro-rated for year 1. Each year more than 100,000 people in the UK are at high and imminent risk of being murdered or seriously injured because of domestic abuse. Services rightly focus on meeting the needs of victims, but too often perpetrators are not held to account, and their abusive behaviour continues. Less than 1% of perpetrators get a specialist intervention that might prevent future abusive behaviour and as a result there is a high level of repeat victimization with the same victim or future partners / family members. To deliver long term sustainable change and reduce the number of victims – we must challenge perpetrators to stop. The intervention seeks to reduce offending in a high risk, high harm cohort of perpetrators. The anticipated value is based on the maximum annual allocation funding for a full year of delivery, with the actual amount yet to be confirmed. Year 1 will be pro-rated. There will be an option to extend for a further 4 years in increments of 12 months. The additional years may be available subject to funding, so the value is not guaranteed. MOPAC: Violence Against Women And Girls (VAWG) Expert Reference Group Provider (MOPAC 1176)

Tackling VAWG continues to be a key priority for the Mayor of London as outlined in his election manifesto. In March 2025, the Mayor published his new Police and Crime Plan (PCP) 2025-29 which sets out how he will deliver for Londoners, building on the work of the previous two Mayoral terms to make London a safer city for everyone. The plan has four key aims: •Reducing violence and criminal exploitation (including VAWG) •Building safer, more confident communities •Supporting and overseeing reform of the MPS; and •Improving the criminal justice system and supporting victims Tackling VAWG is a key issue that is addressed throughout all four priorities of the PCP. The new service will play a vital role in supporting the Mayor to deliver his VAWG priorities including making women and girls safer by preventing VAWG, supporting victims and survivors, and holding perpetrators to account and reducing VAWG. Recognising the significant contributions of the current VAWG ERG to date, and the sustained volume and breadth of work they support, the Mayor has increased his investment in the VAWG ERG for the remaining 3.5 years of his Mayoralty.
