We are currently seeking a Waste Collection Service Provider to manage waste collection across our UK offices-currently 12 sites located as follows: North West: 1 site Birkenhead South East: 3 sites Great Yarmouth Hockley Kings Lyn South West: 8 sites Barnstaple Bodmin Bristol Launceston Plymouth St Austell Torquay Wells Additional sites may be added as new locations are acquired. Contract Value We estimate the contract value to be between £12,000 and £17,500 based upon on a competitive tender process. Service Requirements The service must cover all waste streams in line with the Simpler Recycling requirements effective from 31 March 2025: Dry recyclables - plastic, metal, glass Paper and card Food waste Residual waste We expect the service to prioritise recycling and aim for zero waste to landfill. Reporting Requirements The provider must supply an Annual Environmental Sustainability Report including: Total weight of waste collected Weight and percentage of waste recycled Weight and percentage of waste incinerated Weight and percentage of waste treated/digested Weight and percentage of waste sent to landfill Carbon footprint (CO₂e) of service delivery Due Diligence Requirements In addition to standard financial and insurance checks, due diligence must include relevant environmental permits and waste licences for each location: Waste Management Licence Exemption Certificates Carrier, Broker, Dealer - Upper Tier Registration Additional information: Specific requirements and capabilities: - Supplier must be able to service all 12 locations: Barnstaple Birkenhead Bodmin Bristol Great Yarmouth Hockley Kings Lyn Launceston Plymouth St Austell Torquay Wells -Seetec would like to request a designated Account Manager to support strong supplier relationships. - Supplier must pass the Seetec due diligence process once notified of intent to award (template attached for your information). - Any bids that do not answer all questions or requirements will be immediately discounted, and the supplier will not be notified.
