This service is to deliver a mental health and emotional wellbeing offer to children, young people and families in Bolton. The service delivers the following four schemes under one service specification:
-	Bolton I-Thrive (11 - 19/25)
-	I-Thrive Referral Hub and 0 - 2 offer
-	Parent/Carer Mental Health Peer Support
-	CYP Counselling and SEND offer
This contract will be for 2-years from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2027.
The total value of this contract is £879,953.
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Direct Award Process C intention to award notice, this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.

Westminster HealthWorks is a borough-wide, community-led public health initiative commissioned by Westminster City Council as part of the #2035 commitment to improve population health. The Service aims to reduce health inequalities by delivering culturally responsive, preventative health interventions that improve heart, lung, and mental health outcomes for adults aged 16 and over. Cornwall Council has a statutory obligation under the Health and Social Care Act 2012 and the Local Authorities Regulations 2013 to provide confidential, open access sexual health and reproductive health services for the population of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
