Combined Facilities Management Services • Summary The chosen contractor for this procurement shall have responsibility for all planned & reactive maintenance including, where required, compliance. In addition, it shall have partial (mainly reactive) responsibility for some of the equipment operated in and limited signage at Post Office's agency outlets.
