About the ECITB
The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) is the employer-led skills, standards and qualifications body for the development of the engineering construction workforce of Great Britain. An arms-length body of the UK Government, the ECITB reports to the Department for Education. Our vision is a trailblazing Engineering Construction Industry where critical infrastructure, energy security and net zero ambitions are achieved.
The ECITB works with employers and training providers to attract, develop and qualify the engineering construction workforce in a wide range of craft, technical and professional disciplines. We invest about £28 million each year to support skills development within the industry.
Introduction to the Procurement
The ECITB wishes to appoint a provider to fulfil its requirement to develop, deliver and manage a Programme to enable around 30 candidates to achieve APM ChPP accreditation.  Candidates must be from the Engineering Construction Industry (ECI).
The initial Contract term will be for one (1) Year.

Developing Adaptable Pharmacy Professionals through Training and Education

NHS England (NHSE) are commencing a tender under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) to identify a supplier who has the capability, capacity and the expert knowledge to deliver a national education and training programmes for the registered pharmacy workforce within England. On Site Provision - The East Manchester Academy

1. Introduction Purpose of the Specification This specification sets out the requirements for the delivery and operation of an on-site Alternative Provision (AP) at The East Manchester Academy, to be managed by an external provider. The aim is to support pupils at risk of exclusion or those who require a more tailored educational environment to re-engage with learning and improve outcomes. Background The East Manchester Academy (TEMA) is a mainstream secondary school with approximately 1050 pupils, located in Beswick, Manchester. We are committed to inclusion and early intervention to support all learners. The school has identified a need for a dedicated on-site AP to cater for up to 20 pupils who struggle to access mainstream education. 2. Scope of Requirements Service Description We require an experienced, suitably qualified provider to design, deliver, and manage an on-site alternative provision. This will involve: Providing structured education, pastoral care, and behaviour support for up to 20 pupils aged 11-16. Operating during standard school hours and term times. Collaborating with school staff and external agencies as appropriate. Core Requirements The provider must: Deliver a curriculum aligned with the national curriculum (including English, Maths, and PSHE). This will be delivered by existing TEMA staff as part of their normal timetable. Support behaviour improvement, attendance, and pupil well-being. Provide staff trained in trauma-informed approaches and behaviour management. Offer tailored interventions and reintegration support where appropriate. Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and data protection in line with school policies. Facilities The provision will be located in the existing footprint of the school, provisionally using the SIBCAS units that currently house RESET. The provider is expected to fully/staff and furnish the space/provide learning resources and equipment.
