The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) is pleased to invite tender offers for our Scotland Aberdeen three (3) academic year regional Scholarships Programme 2025.

The ECITB is tendering for  a contract for the delivery of the skills and knowledge required within the 2025 ECITB Scholarship Programme (Scotland - Aberdeen 3 Year) - pathway requirements detailed in document 9 and the specification documents 2 (a-b).

This tender consists of 2 lots. Bidders can submit offers for individual or both lots as detailed within the relevant specifications.  Please see the procurement pack for full guidance.  

The two lots consist of the following for Scotland Aberdeen (3 year 2025):

NHS England seeks to commission CPD-level leadership training for Resident Doctors and SAS doctors within the East of England region. It also addresses workforce challenges by enhancing job satisfaction and engagement, which are key to retaining skilled professionals in the NHS. The Francis Report highlighted the impact of ineffective leadership, demonstrating its direct effect on patient outcomes and quality of care. This re-procurement seeks to secure an external education provider capable of delivering a high-quality leadership curriculum tailored to NHS requirements. The service includes curriculum development, recruitment and selection of participants, event organisation, and ongoing collaboration with the East of England Deanery. The programme will offer 80 places annually, with 70 reserved for Resident Doctors and 10 for eligible SAS doctors, reflecting a strategic expansion to accommodate growing demand and ensure inclusivity across the region.
