Description

The Authority requires a Contractor to carry out full window and door replacement/s to its social housing property base, (Composite External Door installations / Full Window UPVC Replacements, supply and fit/and or supply only) Including domestic residential and independent living schemes (flats, communal areas). The service will initially cover the areas of Selby and Richmondshire with the option to extend to Harrogate during the term of the contract and other Localities and service requirements as dictated.

Multiple Supplier Framework to deliver the design and build aspects of the Internal Works to Houses and flatted properties Framework. The non-binding target is that each framework contractor would receive approximately GBP3-5Million of work turnover per year. The framework contractors will also be required to perform to the council's key performance indicator targets, and community benefits expectations (described elsewhere).

Robinson House Care Home: Supply and fit replacement fire doors

The Client wishes to select a contractor (“the Contractor”) to supply and install replacement fire doors (“the Works”) as outlined in the Contract Documents, Appendix 2. The Contract Documents include the Specification containing a description of the Works being procured. The scope of works comprises the planned replacement of 70 no. FD30S fire doors within Brunelcare’s Robinson House Care Home, and in accordance with requirements identified through recent Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) surveys or as identified by Brunelcare. The Contractor shall develop and implement a delivery programme in full coordination with Brunelcare, ensuring that all works are executed efficiently, with minimal disruption to residents and ongoing operations. The scope of work excludes all routine inspections, servicing, and maintenance of existing fire doors that are not scheduled for replacement under this programme.
