PROVISION OF SERVICING, REPAIRS AND MAINTENACE OF COMMUNAL LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership has a number of Sheltered Schemes which provides communal laundry facilities for the tenants who live there. As part of this tender there are 14 sites located over Grimsby/Immingham in North East Lincolnshire with 21 driers and 25 washing machines and a further 8 sites located in the Boston area of Lincolnshire with a total of 17 driers and 18 washing machines. We are seeking a contractor who can service and maintain the laundry equipment on a quarterly basis as well as provide a responsive repairs service for any additional ad-hoc call-outs needed through the term of the contract in line with our Key Performance Indicators. The term of the contract will be a fixed price 3-year contract with the option to extend for a further 36 months in 12 month increments which covers all the existing communal laundry equipment across all locations. Jubilee lighting scheme maintenance contract

ALL YEAR ROUND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE CONTRACT 2026-2029 Ilkley Town Council invites suitable contractors to submit a tender for a three-year maintenance contract for the Jubilee lighting scheme in Ilkley. The Council is looking for a supplier who will: - Conduct monthly inspection of the Jubilee Lighting Scheme located on The Grove, Brook Street, Mill Ghyll and Station Road, Ilkley, West Yorkshire. - Complete any maintenance work that may be required during that month (to include the replacement of any broken sets of lights, replacement fuses, transformers, quickfix leads etc). - Provide a maintenance report along with their invoice at the conclusion of each monthly inspection detailing all work that has been undertaken - Carry out any maintenance deemed as necessary to ensure that all lighting is in good working order at all times throughout the year. - Review the time at which the lighting is switched on/off throughout the year. - Complete any other tasks which the parties may agree on. Refurbishment of Newlands Road Public Conveniences, Corsham

Corsham Town Council is seeking quotes to refurbish the public toilets on Newlands Road, Corsham. Specifically: 1.
