Description

The service required is for a community based, adult hearing assessment service, including hearing aid fitting (where required), follow-up and aftercare services for adults aged 18 or over with suspected or diagnosed age related hearing loss for the registered population of the Commissioning Organisation ensuring delivery of provision in a variety of hard to reach and rural areas as specified by the commissioner.  
This contract has been awarded under PSR Direct Award Process C
The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £322,869.87. It is a 24-month contract, with the service scheduled to commence on 1st October 2024 and conclude on 30th September 2026

NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) (hereafter referred to as "the Authority") are seeking to commission Community Audiology Services for the London Boroughs of Barnet, Camden and Enfield. The duration of the proposed contracts will be three (3) years with two additional options (at the sole discretion of the Authority) to extend the contract for up to one 1 year each, equating to a maximum possible duration of five (5) years (3+1+1). The ICB has an expected envelope of £6,868,038 (exc VAT) for the initial 3 year contract, or £11,446,730 (exc VAT) if all extension options are used for a 5 year contract. This will be a cost and volume contract therefore will be subject to activity delivered alongside relevant Indicative Activity Plans. The Go live date for the Service is 1st July 2026. The contract(s) will be between the successful provider(s) and North Central London ICB. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (CSU), on behalf of NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board, is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of a Community Adult Hearing Service across Coventry and Warwickshire.<br/><br/>As a result of this Competitive Process, the ICB intends to award zero volume, zero value contract(s) to all providers capable that meet an acceptable standard. Successful provider(s) will be awarded with a contract for a period of 3 years with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years. The successful provider(s) are expected to be fully operational, providing services from 1st April 2026.<br/><br/>It is anticipated that the service provision resulting from this Competitive Process will have an annual value of £3,496,867 per annum based on activity of 37,445 procedures/annum. The total expected contract value for the 3 years plus 2 year extension is £17,484,337.
