Provision of Statutory Testing, Servicing and Reactive Repair Services

The Client is seeking to appoint a single Principal Contractor to deliver the full scope of services: 1) Statutory compliance maintenance and PPM across in-scope mechanical, electrical and specialist systems and services 2)Reactive maintenance in line with the response model in Response Times. 3)Technical support and management of specialist subcontractors engaged under this Contract. 4) 24/7 operations support for emergencies. 5) professional services as required to support the Client’s compliance and project delivery, including but not limited to: Statutory inspection reports, testing certificates and compliance advice.
