Description

The University of Warwick  has a requirement for to improve the chemical mapping capability on the Scios dual beam to provide it with a new state-of-the art capability. This system is used extensively for characterising battery-based materials and the new detector will enable accurate quantitative high-speed chemical mapping of large sections of these materials at low beam currents.
