Mid Suffolk District Council Council are currently out to tender for the provision of a Mini Athletics Track. Construction of a new athletics track, long jump pit, connection path and associated fencing. External lighting to be installed and connected to the neighbouring leisure centre.  This opportunity is available in the 'Current Tenders' area of  the Suffolk Sourcing portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation.

Stowmarket Health Education and Leisure Facility (SHELF) is a programme founded on a unique set of circumstances and opportunities to create a ‘hub’ or ‘campus’ model for improving inclusive community sporting, social and healthy activity outcomes for people in Stowmarket and the surrounding area.  The mini athletic track which is part of the SHELF programme is based on Stowmarket High School.  The Council are working in partnership with the school for this school land community use facility.

Wormwood Scrubs Masterplan Biodiversity & Improvement Works

London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council (the "Council") is seeking a supplier who is suitably qualified and experienced in landscaping and the creation and management of ecologically sensitive habitats. Wormwood Scrubs is an open space located at the northern end of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. It is the largest open space in the Borough, at around 80 ha (200 acres), and is one of the largest areas of common land in London. The work is to implement the proposals in the AEM (Alternative Ecological Mitigation) Masterplan for Wormwood Scrubs open space. The overall objective of the AEM Masterplan is to improve and enhance biodiversity on the Scrubs and at the same time improve drainage across the site to better manage surface water and improve access. The work is split into two phases: Capital works - this phase of work should be completed in 6-8 months and will include the creation of a SUDs (Sustainable Urban Drainage scheme) made up of a series of scrapes and swales to the south of the site and the northwest corner of the site. Retention ponds will be created in the existing wet woodlands in the southeast of the site. Tree planting will take place at various locations and existing vegetation will be improved along with the creation of meadows and grasslands. Hibernacula's will be created and bird and bat boxes installed. Maintenance and Management Plan (MMP) - Phase 2 of the work will be a 10 year Management and Maintenance Plan (MMP) which will include the management of the features implemented as part of the Phase 1 Capital Works including the SUDs scheme and meadows and will also involve the management of the existing woodland, scrubland and meadows that have not previously been regularly managed and are in need of ongoing management to improve conditions for wildlife and increase biodiversity. For example, selective thinning in woodland areas will allow more light in to allow a greater variety of woodland plants to grow in the understorey.

Margate Skatepark Design and Build

For the provision of a Skatepark build in Margate, Kent. The Employer will enter into a JCT Design and Build contract with the successful specialist contractor with the experience, track record, capability and capacity to deliver a skatepark new build of the scale and complexity outlined in the Appendix A - Specification. The contract will include consultations and engagement activity to ensure the proposed design meets with local aspirations, has a degree of challenge to suit all levels of abilities, will achieve planning approval and can be delivered within the project budget and timescales. (the project needs to be delivered and operational by mid July 2026, with a 3 month defects period). The Contract is anticipated to commence upon October 2025 for a duration of 12 Months. The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Tender document. Douglas Park Skatepark Heysham

Lancaster City Council is seeking to appoint a single contractor to design and build a low-level skatepark that suits the needs of the local young people. Ideally the area would incorporate banks and ramps at either end with other elements such as rails,ledges,slappy curbs, manual pads. We are open to consider other suitable options. As we do not have the budget to resurface the current area, we will require the skatepark equipment to come together to make one unit/smooth surface.
