The Authority wishes to award up to three contracts for the re-roofing of the following properties. The Horton toilet block and the Stainforth toilet block also require the supply and installation of  in-line solar panels, as per the specification drawings:
1. Horton toilet block roof, Horton-in-Ribblesdale, BD24 0HF (plus supply and install in-line solar panels)
2. Stainforth toilet block roof, Stainforth, Settle, BD24 9PD (plus supply and install  in-line solar panels)
3. Colvend office flat roof, Hebden Road, Grassington, BD23 5LB

Prince Philip Maritime Collection Centre - Spur Roof Overlay

Portions of the wider RMG collection when not on display are managed and conserved at the Prince Philip Maritime Collection Centre (PPMCC) in Kidbrooke. The site comprises conservation studios and various modes of storage which vary between museum-grade ‘conservation’ conditioned spaces, standard grade ‘domestic’ conditioned spaces, ‘background’ conditioned spaces, unconditioned weatherproof stores, and exterior storage areas. The A-Spur and C-Spur buildings are single storey pre-war brick ‘H-Plan’ buildings comprising several wings or ‘Spurs’. The Spurs have flat roof coverings approaching end of life. The roof coverings require overcovering including renewal of fasciae and rainwater goods. Due to funding constraints and a risk averse approach to the stored collection, RMG cannot fully strip and replace the roofs. Contractor Works Framework Agreement

The City of Edinburgh Council require a multi lot framework agreement to deliver repair, maintenance and upgrade capital and other works across its estate. The Council's Strategic Asset Management and Sustainable Development department require contractors to deliver the Capital Investment Programme and meet other construction needs for their commercial properties over the next four years. These properties include schools, libraries, social work facilities, and other commercial buildings, it should be noted that some of the works are required to take place over school holiday periods, allowances for capacity should be considered when applying for the Framework. The Council would like to invite interested parties to tender to become a framework contractor of these works within Edinburgh. The Council is looking to establish contractors committed to delivering the Council’s vision for the creation of high quality, vibrant and sustainable places in our city. It should be noted that Bidders are required sign up to the Councils Construction Charter and evidence Fair Work Practices.
