The MCA requires an outcome-based service from a supplier with the expertise and capacity to support the end-to-end replacement of its current IT Service Management (ITSM) solution. This includes gathering and analysing business requirements, defining and validating the expected benefits, preparing for and supporting a competitive tender process to procure the new ITSM tool, and subsequently delivering an outcome-focused implementation of the chosen solution.

The aim is to ensure a seamless and effective transition to a modern ITSM platform that aligns with the agency's strategic direction and operational needs.
