Headline Scope
This appointment is for work during Milestone Stage 1 (Outline Masterplan RIBA 2 and AMPs RIBA 3 - subject to instruction) and subsequently, subject to further council approvals - Milestone Stage 2 (Planning / elements of RIBA 3) up to and including the award of planning consent for the Outline Masterplan Delivery Strategy and thereafter Stage 3 - delivery of the 'enabling works'.
Fees
To assist the Consultant in preparing a fee proposal the fee matrix contained within the ITT document contains a 'build cost' tab which sets out the current estimated costs for the various works. To further assist fee considerations the projects have been split into shopping centre refurbishment and mixed-use categories.
Objectives
Develop and deliver a robust MEPH Strategy and appropriate RIBA stage information that is aligned with Fareham Borough Councils strategic objectives to secure planning consent for the masterplanning proposals outlined within the 'Fareham Town Centre Regeneration Strategy 2025-2035' and within the programme outlined within the tender documentation. 
At this stage, we are not disclosing the project budget, but we encourage bidders to propose cost-effective and value-driven solutions aligned with the project scope and objectives.

Electrical and Mechanical Servicing for all Hot Water & Heating Service Assets & Associated Plant

Norfolk County Council (NCC) is seeking proposals from qualified providers to deliver comprehensive compliance inspections and certification for our hot water service assets and associated Plant. This tender covers a wide range of systems, including gas boilers, oil boilers, biofuel boilers, unvented/vented water heaters, standard electrical water heaters, as well as air source and ground source heat pump systems. Our assets range from domestic systems to large commercial Boilers and associated plant. The successful provider will be expected to ensure that all systems are tested, certified, and reported in line with current regulatory standards. Our aim is to guarantee safe and efficient operation of these critical assets across the Council's portfolio. Please note that the values in this notice are an indication for the full 5 year term of the contract including extension Options. Please note that Norfolk County Council has joined the government's Devolution Priority Programme. This process has the potential to lead to the establishment of a county combined authority for Norfolk and Suffolk, with strategic powers, headed by an elected mayor. A Government has also invited participation by Norfolk in Local Government Review. This process has the potential to lead to unitary local government in Norfolk, being either one unitary or more than one. One of these changes could happen without the other.

Contractor Works Framework Agreement

The City of Edinburgh Council require a multi lot framework agreement to deliver repair, maintenance and upgrade capital and other works across its estate. The Council's Strategic Asset Management and Sustainable Development department require contractors to deliver the Capital Investment Programme and meet other construction needs for their commercial properties over the next four years. These properties include schools, libraries, social work facilities, and other commercial buildings, it should be noted that some of the works are required to take place over school holiday periods, allowances for capacity should be considered when applying for the Framework. The Council would like to invite interested parties to tender to become a framework contractor of these works within Edinburgh. The Council is looking to establish contractors committed to delivering the Council’s vision for the creation of high quality, vibrant and sustainable places in our city. It should be noted that Bidders are required sign up to the Councils Construction Charter and evidence Fair Work Practices. The delivery of Community Benefits will be a requirement of all subsequent call of contracts. Please refer to Schedule 2 for each lots specification
