Description

The Supplier shall provide the core requirements which shall include, but not be limited to:
Online Portal
Digital Services including Live Chat and a mobile phone application downloadable to personal devices
Suppliers own Referral Pathway . 
Overseas access for 35 x staff members based across five different regions (China; SE Asia; Sub-Sahara Africa; MENAP and India Sub-Continent) - Happy for ongoing discussions to be had around this aspect.
Telephone, face to face and virtual Triage and Support Services for all staff which shall include, but not be limited to:
Advice and support;
Management support Services;
Counselling Services;
Case Management;
Trauma and critical incident support;
Education, Support and Training; 
Promotion of the Employee Assistance Programme
