1 - Outline Scope of Work

1.1	London Borough of Sutton (LBS) are required to meet all statutory obligations in relation to the Housing stock. The Housing stock asset management function is controlled by and Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP)
1.2	Accordingly, this tender package for the Housing Stock encompasses:
1.2.1	Dwelling Stock Condition Surveys, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) Assessments in relation to our dwelling stock.  To also Include, but not limited to; Stair Lifts or aides (within Dwellings)
1.2.2	Dwelling Stock Condition Surveys in relation to the common parts of our residential blocks, including, but not limited to; Boiler Houses, Switch/Electrical Cupboards and contents, Dry Risers/Wet Risers, Vents, Water Tankage, Passenger/Goods Lifts, Stair Lifts (within Dwellings), TV Aerials, Radio Aerials/Masts, Satellite Dishes, Mobile Phone and 5G masts, PV cells

Within these lots all appointed contractors will be expected to act as Principal (and Main) Contractor and appoint any of Karbon Homes incumbent specialist sub-contractors, where specified to include but not be limited to the following specialisms: • Fire Alarm Systems • Access Control Systems • Dispersed Alarm / Telecare Systems • Asbestos Removal Lot 4 Compartmentation Surveys, 54 North Operational areas 9 & 10 Karbon wish to appoint designated compartmentation survey providers to deliver surveys of 54 North properties. Karbon require an electronic survey report for each survey following the standard format and contents to be agreed at prestart meeting but should include as a minimum provision of colour report photographs, reference floor plans and an unpriced Compartmentation Survey Schedule.
