A Framework Agreement for the Supply and Maintenance of Telecare Equipment

North Hertfordshire District Council requires high quality assistive technology solutions to support people to establish, maintain or regain independence both in and away from their home setting, increasing successful early supported discharges from hospital, supporting people to maintain personal safety, to build confidence and to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. The Guinness Partnership Limited, in collaboration with the managing agent ProcurePublic Limited, is inviting suppliers to apply and join a new Temporary Accommodation Framework. This framework is designed to meet the essential needs of public sector contracting authorities for temporary housing and decant services. Selected suppliers will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of accommodation and decant solutions, including: A 24/7, year-round service for vetting, sourcing, and booking accommodation. Procurement of all necessary ancillary provisions, whether through hire or purchase. Tenderers must demonstrate proven experience in supplying temporary accommodation to housing associations, local authorities, and comparable public sector organisations, along with the capacity to respond rapidly to emergency housing requirements. Under this framework, suppliers may be called upon to provide a variety of temporary accommodation options and support services, such as: Self-contained units (apartments and flats) Serviced accommodation (house shares and guest houses) Emergency bed-and-breakfast arrangements Furniture hire, utilities management, and housekeeping Welfare support, lettings, and tenancy management We welcome all qualified suppliers to submit their proposals in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation.
