North Northamptonshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide the following apprenticeship programmes: 
-	LOT 1 - Operations Manager Level 5 (ST0385) 
-	LOT 2 - Senior Leader Level 7 (ST0480) 
Over the contract period the Council expect to enrol members of staff from within our locally maintained schools onto either a Level 5 Operations Manager (15 apprentice starts) or Level 7 Senior Leader (5 apprentice starts) apprenticeship for those with aspirations to become Headteachers of the future.

Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Alternative Education

Derby City Council (the Council) is inviting applications from suitably experienced and qualified entities to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Alternative Education across the city. The DPS will be partly managed by colleagues from the Respect Collaboration of Schools, the schools within which are "maintained". Respect Collaboration of Schools (RCS) has a statutory duty to make arrangements for the provision of appropriate education otherwise than at school, for children of compulsory school age who, by reason of suspension or exclusion from school or otherwise, will not receive a suitable education without these arrangements. All provision should offer progression throughout their courses, regardless of the category of Alternative Provision or Key Stage. Pupils, where appropriate, should work towards qualifications that fit within the Qualifications and Curriculum Framework (QCF) and/or accreditation that supports post 16/industry recognised education. The scope of this agreement is not restricted by pupil numbers. It is anticipated that places will be purchased on an ad hoc basis, Applications to join the DPS will be considered in a series of "rounds". Round Four will close on 31/10/2025 (10.00am). The Council will then consider the applications to join the DPS and Applicants are expected to be notified of the outcome of the application within one calendar month. For clarity, this DPS is not a full DPS as defined under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, Regulation 34, but is a modified version. This is because Section 7 - Education and Training services (the Light Touch Regime as allowed under Regulations 74 to 77) are not subject to the full requirements of the procurement procedures set out in the Regulations. This has given us scope to create a more flexible DPS to fit the on-going requirements of RCS. Please note suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation for Round Four must do so by 11.30pm on 30/10/2025. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a bid. As stated above, the deadline for applications for Round Four is 10.00am on 31/10/2025. The Council, however, reserves the right to amend the closing dates as it sees fit, dependant on changes to the provider marketplace. Once successful in a round applicants need not apply again in future rounds. If an applicant is unsuccessful in a round they may re-apply in any future round. The DPS shall operate for an initial term of three years with initial agreements to commence 1st June 2025 and end 31st May 2028. There will be options to extend the DPS in annual increments for up to four further years. The maximum term for the DPS will, therefore, be seven years. Thames Freeport Skills Programme

1. Purpose of the Programme The Thames Freeport Skills Programme aims to build the capacity of the local skills and employment system to respond to the specific skills challenges and opportunities within the Thames Freeport area. The programme supports innovation, collaboration and growth in skills provision that aligns with the Freeport's wider ambitions to enhance productivity, drive inward investment and support local people to access high-quality jobs and careers. The fund is designed to support the development of new programmes, improvement of existing facilities, and the piloting of new skills interventions across core sector areas. Applicants must clearly define the outcomes they intend to deliver and explain how Thames Freeport Skills Programme funding will enable those outcomes to be achieved, as well as how other existing funding sources will be leveraged. Projects funded through this fund will be known collectively as the Thames Freeport Skills Programme. This procurement has been divided into nine Lots, as outlined in Section 8, and aims to appoint at least one supplier to each lot to support the delivery of the programme 2. Funding This funding has been made available as a direct result of the establishment of the Thames Freeport. It is intended to help develop or deliver proposals that will benefit the wider sector and help local businesses grow through improved skills supply and training provision. Funding is available for programme delivery projects and capital projects, or both. Thames Freeport will provide up to 100% of total eligible project costs. The minimum bid size is £20,000, and the maximum is £120,000 per programme delivery project, and a minimum of £50,000 and maximum of £200,000 for capital projects. Applicants may submit more than one proposal. All eligible tenders will be included in a pipeline of Thames Freeport Skills Programme projects. Projects in the pipeline will be prioritised on a regular basis. As funding becomes available, Thames Freeport may provisionally allocate funds to projects on this list. The dates on which prioritisation will take place will be published in advance on the Thames Freeport website: https://thamesfreeport.com. Thames Freeport reserves the right to decide which projects it will fund. Meeting the eligibility and assessment criteria does not guarantee funding. 3.
