Birmingham City Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint an organisation for the provision of Highways Infrastructure Works on Kings Heath and Moseley Places for People, Packages 1&2. The scope of the works includes: a. 7 modal filters in the form of islands and fixed bollards with associated signage at: Oxford Road, St Agnes Road, Ashfield Road, Melton Road, Barn Lane, Portman Road and Mossfield Road. b. 6 diagonal modal filters in the form of fixed bollards with associated signage at: Station Road/York Road, Grage Road/York Road, Grange Road/Highbury Road, School Road/Greenhill Road, Valentine Road/Poplar Road/Springfield Road/Cambridge Road/School Road and Melton Road/Springfield Road. c. One-way streets or sections with contra-flow cycling at: Station Road, Grange Road, Westfield Road, Highbury Road, York Road, Waterloo Road, All Saints Road, Goldsmith Road, Melton Road, Gaddesby Road, Springfield Road, Institute Road, Heathfield Rd, Woodville Road, Poplar Road and Valentine Road. d.
