Description

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations for Maintenance, Repairs and Replacement of Central Boiler Plant within Housing dwellings, Hull. The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 1st December 2025 ending by 30th November 2027 with an option to extend for a period of 24 months. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £240,000 per annum. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract. Commercial Gas servicing and Repairs

Irwell Valley Homes is seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver Gas Servicing and Repair services across all its communal gas heating and hot water systems, with an estimated annual value of between £26K and £30K. The contract will be let for an initial 2-year term, with the option to extend by a further 1-year. The scope of services will include statutory gas safety inspections, responsive repairs, and planned maintenance works, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining the safety and functionality of Irwell Valley Homes gas installations and Plant rooms. Irwell Valley Homes has approximately 27 residential schemes and commercial properties which will fall under this contract.
