Description

Education Provision offered to a pupil outside of the school setting for 25 hours a week or more. Provision should be age appropriate and cover the school curriculum to achieve accredited qualifications. This provision could be to support one pupil or a group (maximum group size is 8). The provider should be registered as an independent school if providing full-time education to five or more pupils of statutory school age or one pupil who is LAC and/or has an EHCP.

Provision of HR Senior Leadership Coaching Services

The Department for Transport (DfT) intends to procure the services of a qualified and experienced leadership development coach to support the DfT Group Human Resources (HR) Leadership Team. The objective is to enhance leadership capability, strengthen team cohesion, and improve strategic effectiveness through a tailored programme of coaching and facilitated development sessions. The appointed supplier will work closely with the DfT HR Director and senior leaders to deliver a series of high-impact, outcome-focused interventions. This is a single source rquirement.
