Description

Procurement Hub wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for a four (4) year term.
Experienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass building and construction materials as defined by the CPV codes set out in the Tender Notice.   
This framework is divided into 4 Lots:  
Lot 1 General Building Materials 
Lot 2 Plumbing and Heating Materials 
Lot 3 Electrical Materials 
Lot 4 One Stop Shop 
Tenderers are permitted to apply for as many Lots as they wish.  Three suppliers will be appointed to each Lot.

The requirement is for Commercial Heating Service, Repairs and Maintenance of approximately 340 Property Services sites and 24 Housing Services sites and comprises: All Fife Council’s public buildings including schools, halls, sports centres, older person’s homes, offices, sheltered housing complexes etc. Social Work Services group homes and Education Services janitorial houses which are of a more domestic nature. Plant and equipment consisting of but not limited to natural gas, LPG & oil- fired commercial boilers, water heaters, radiant tube heaters, warm air heaters etc. School Science Lab equipment (booms, taps, bollards, fume cupboards, sensors etc) and technical room equipment (forges etc). Pressurisation units, booster pumps, fan assisted convectors, chimney sweeping, chimney inspections, rainwater harvesting pumps, solar systems and PV installations. Two large district heating schemes Dunfermline Community Energy Scheme and Glenrothes Energy Network.

Supply of Specialist Materials (EWNI) Dynamic Purchasing System

Procurement for Housing wish to establish a DPS for the Supply of Specialist Materials for use by PfH Members throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland. It is intended that the DPS will run for an initial period of five years with the option to extend for a further period of up to five years. The opportunity has been divided into six categories as follows - (1) Roofing materials and associated products, (2) Glazing and associated products, (3) Ironmongery, (4) Joinery materials, timber and associated products, (5) Flooring materials and associated products and (6) Other specialist materials.
