Description

The Council is tendering a contract for 1a, 1c and 1d Local Bus Services. The full scope as outlined in the specification at Appendix  4.
The 1a and 1c local bus services operate Monday to Friday.  They are each an approximately hourly service.  Both operate from Newbury Wharf to the West Berkshire Hospital.  The 1a then continues anticlockwise through South Thatcham – Thatcham Broadway – North Thatcham to the Hospital and then back to Newbury Wharf.  The 1c does the exact route but in a clockwise direction.  The route of the one 1d journey is as the 1a and 1c from the Wharf Bus Station to the Hospital, then continues directly along the Bath Road to Thatcham Broadway.

DS478-24 NFCC Emergency Response Vehicle Framework

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Authority (on behalf of the National Fire Chiefs Council Transport Officers Group (NFCC TOG) and in conjunction with the National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC) Procurement Hub, is leading a procurement project to replace the existing Framework Agreement for UK Fire and Rescue Emergency Response Vehicles (ERV). The future framework agreement will enable Contracting Authorities named on the framework to procure Pumping Appliances, Aerial Appliances and Special Vehicles as required by their Contracting Authority, Fire and Rescue Service etc. For the purposes of this planned procurement notice, previously a preliminary market engagement was carried out under the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
