Description

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS England North West Region - Health and Justice (the Contracting Authority), who are conducting a Request for Information (RFI) exercise in order to gain a better understanding of the capacity and appetite of the market to deliver Dental Service to HMP Haverigg, HMP Garth and HMP Wymott.
The proposed service will be to deliver dental services across all three HMP sites as one contract - HMP Haverigg, HMP Garth and HMP Wymott. 
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
This market landscaping exercise is a request for information and is intended as an awareness, communication, and information gathering exercise.
It is important to note that this PIN/RFI is not a call for competition and as such potential providers will need to express an interest in any future tender opportunity once a contract notice is published on Find a Tender Service.
