NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership on behalf of all NHS organisations in Wales seeks to establish a contract for Chartered Surveyor Professional Services to support the 2026 Non-Domestic Rating Revaluation. 
A consultant is required to establish full rating assessment details for each Health Board, Trust and/or Special Health Authority property and undertake a rating survey of each site and manage the whole appeals process on behalf of these organisations. This will include: 
The acute, secondary and ancillary NHS Wales estate; 
The NHS Primary Care and GP surgery estate in Wales; 
Rate Audit Service and other associated rating initiatives for NHS Wales acute, secondary, ancillary, primary care and GP surgery properties in Wales.

Wrexham Gateway Eastern Zone Development – Technical Project Management and other Professional Services

Wrexham County Borough Council, on behalf of the Wrexham Gateway partnership, wish to commission a suitably qualified multi-disciplinary team to provide technical project management and other professional services to the Wrexham Gateway Eastern Zone Development scheme. Provision of Planned Heritable Asset Valuations

The Scottish Police Authority (known as the “the Authority”) requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake planned heritable asset valuations of its properties - land, building and radio sites. This procurement will result in the appointment if a single Contractor. The successful contactor must provide valuers who are current, registered members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and all valuations must be carried out in full accordance with the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Valuation - Global Standards. The Authority is re-tendering this requirement to ensure the engagement of a competent and reliable provider. The estate comprises approximately 500 assets, covering operational and non-operational properties. The assets represent a wide range of property types and ages, including heritage and listed buildings, many of which are in varied states of condition. The valuations must be carried out in accordance with the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Valuation - Global Standards, incorporating International Standards (IVS) effective 31 January 2025, and having regard to the UK National Supplement effective from 1 May 2024. The contract is expected to commence on 1st October 2025 for an initial period of three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods, subject to the Authority’s discretion.

Single Delivery Partner South Kilburn Regeneration Programme

The London Borough of Brent (the Council) is seeking to procure a single delivery partner to establish a contractual partnership to support delivery of the remaining phases of the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme. The Council intends to appoint a single delivery partner to deliver a programme of regeneration across multiple sites over an initial term of 10 years with the potential for extensions up to a total term of 20 years. The estimated development capacity is at least 1,600 new mixed-tenure homes, to be delivered alongside associated social infrastructure, community amenities, commercial / retail space and high-quality public realm. Further particulars in respect of the Opportunity are set out in the Memorandum of Information and Commercial Structure Summary (both issued via the Council’s Portal). Between April and June 2025, the Council and its advisers undertook a market engagement exercise. The Council engaged with suppliers to establish the level of interest in the opportunity and the key parameters for undertaking a procurement. Participants in the engagement process were provided with a document setting out an overview of the following key topics to be discussed during engagement. Those topics were (i) the emerging contracting arrangements (ii) the proposed procurement approach and timeline and (iii) the programme-wide approach to affordable housing and viability. The responses and feedback received have informed the Council’s requirements, procurement approach, criteria, and the contracting arrangements. The engagement also helped the Council establish market knowledge of, and interest in, the opportunity. Further detail on the market engagement exercise is set out in the Preliminary Market Engagement Notice issued by the Council on 16 April 2025. The papers issued to participants in the market engagement exercise are available on the Council’s Portal, alongside a summary report setting out the outcomes of the engagement.
