London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council (the "Council") is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide a Gas and Ancillaries Term-Service in line with the detailed requirements included in its Specification and applicable details across all other documents which form the Procurement Document Suite
