Derry City and Strabane District Council invite tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for a combined PQQ ITT for works to Derg Valley Leisure Centre as part of the Derg Active Project. This tender opportunity comprises of minor internal alterations works to the Steam Room area of the Derg Valley Leisure Centre following the successful delivery of Phase 1 Derg Active works and additional funding now being made available. Works consist of refurbishment in finishes including Mechanical and Electrical upgrades to existing health suite facility and break through to an existing Store room to facilitate inclusion of infra red sauna(s) Ice baths, etc to extend the well being offering of the centre. Pagabo Limited, acting as an agent of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to establish a Closed Framework to replace the existing National Framework for Developer Led Schemes which is set to expire in April 2026. Frontierland Leisure and Hospitality Development Opportunity Site

Lancaster City Council wishes to appoint a preferred developer partner to deliver its regeneration ambitions for a former funfair site on Morecambe's seafront. The council wants bids from commercial leisure, hospitality and mixed-use developers or consortia (with identified lead organisation) to promote and develop a comprehensive leisure and hospitality-led development that will help capitalise on Eden Project North and the estimated 3,700 peak daily visitors. There is an opportunity to broaden Morecambe's offer, help attract new visitors and convert day trippers into overnight stays. However, the focus is not just on visitors, the redevelopment of the site must also benefit residents, particularly the leisure offer. \r Competitive Dialogue has been selected due to the development's technical, legal and financial complexity. The aim is to progressively develop a solution with bidders that best meets the council's requirements.
