Description

Framework for a delivery partner to help us meet our regulatory target to reduce Business Demand by 2029-30. It is our intention that the bulk of the demand savings we need to achieve will come from a targeted programme of non-household premises visits to fit appropriate water saving devices and the identification and fix, wherever possible, of plumbing leaks on site.

Provision of Statutory Testing, Servicing and Reactive Repair Services

The Client is seeking to appoint a single Principal Contractor to deliver the full scope of services: 1) Statutory compliance maintenance and PPM across in-scope mechanical, electrical and specialist systems and services 2)Reactive maintenance in line with the response model in Response Times. 3)Technical support and management of specialist subcontractors engaged under this Contract. 4) 24/7 operations support for emergencies. 5) professional services as required to support the Client’s compliance and project delivery, including but not limited to: Statutory inspection reports, testing certificates and compliance advice. While elements of the service may be subcontracted, the Successful Bidder will remain the sole point of contact for the Client and will retain full responsibility for the coordination, management, and successful delivery of all aspects of the contract.
