National Galleries Scotland (NGS) “The Authority” wish to award a multi-lot, multi-Contractor Framework for the Provision of Specialist Art Transportation Services. There are 4 Lots under the Framework Agreement covering the provision of business-as-usual UK movements of works/objects through to multi-national transportation of many works/objects to/from multiple venues across the world. Services will include (but not limited to) packaging, transport, storage, technical assistance, technical advice and project management. Framework Contractors must have a clear understanding of the Contract Requirements and the organisational needs of NGS. Contractors will have no claim against NGS if they are not awarded any work through Call-Off Contracts. There is no commitment to a minimum spend over the duration of the Framework Agreement. Under this Agreement, no minimum spend is guaranteed. It is a requirement that Framework Contractors as a minimum, hold or commit to obtain prior to the award of contract, a valid Cyber Essentials Basic Certification (or equivalent) in place throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement.

Delivery Distribution Services for Food Waste Equipment

The London Borough of Barnet is inviting tenders for The Provision of Delivery Distribution Services for Food Waste items. This is to facilitate the delivery of 23 litre kerbside bins, 7 litre kitchen cadies, food waste bin liners (roll of 52) and an A4 information leaflet, to all houses, maisonettes, and houses in multiple occupation (HMOs). There are an estimated 106,000 low-rise properties within the London Borough of Barnet’s jurisdiction. The food waste items will be collected from a single point within the borough and then delivered to relevant properties. There is a statutory requirement for all Local Authorities in England to implement separate collections of food waste for recycling, across all residential property types, by end of March 2026. National Framework Agreement for the provision of Secure Patient Transport Services

In 2024, the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust established a Framework Agreement under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (and as amended) (the PSR) for use by all Relevant Authorities (and any future successors to these organisations). "Relevant authority" is defined in section 12ZB(7) of the National Health Service Act 2006. It means a combined authority, an integrated care board, a local authority in England, NHS England, an NHS foundation trust or an NHS trust established under section 25 of that Act. For the avoidance of doubt, any successor bodies of any of the above entities shall be entitled to place Orders and shall be deemed Relevant Authorities for the purposes of this Framework Agreement. This framework agreement aims to support mental health patient requirements through the provision of secure patient transport services. The framework was awarded to run for an initial term of 2 years with options to extend for up to a further 2 years in annual increments. As previously advertised in the Framework tender documentation, the Framework will be reopened to new applicants annually, approximately 90 days before the anniversary of the Framework Commencement Date. Previously appointed Suppliers will NOT be obliged to reapply on an annual basis. Framework Suppliers appointed on the first anniversary of the Framework Commencement Date will be awarded a Framework Agreement of up to 3 years duration; Framework Suppliers appointed on the second anniversary of the Framework Commencement Date will be awarded a Framework Agreement of up to 2 years duration and Framework Suppliers appointed on the third anniversary of the Framework Commencement Date will be awarded a Framework Agreement of up to 1 year duration. This notice concerns the first re-opening of the Framework to new applicants.
