Ceredigion County Council is re tendering to appoint a suitably qualified and competent professional services consultant or organisation to undertake the entire scheme from RIBA 1 to 7 for the Extension & Refurbishment at Canolfan Enfys & Pili Pala, Llwyn yr Eos School, Penparcau.
The consultant will be responsible for all aspects of the scheme, including the Project Management and administration of the 2 Stage Tender process when appointing the Design and Build Contractor.
The building contractor will be appointed following a competitive tender process. Ceredigion CC and the successful consultant will consider the procurement options available once the consultant is appointed.

Electrical and Life Safety Maintenance Contract (Brunelcare)

Brunelcare wishes to invite Tender Responses for the supply of services and works in respect of electrical and life safety maintenance. The Supplier shall be responsible for all Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance of electrical and life safety systems located within properties owned, leased, or tenanted by Brunelcare. The Supplier will be expected to provide services as per the Specification to any Brunelcare asset as required. As and when assets are obtained or disposed of, the Supplier will be notified. Within the Pricing Schedule of this tender, the Contracting Authority has stated a number of assets/properties that the Supplier will be expected to deliver services to - if this list of assets/properties needs to be modified throughout the contract term, this will be considered a "materialisation of a known risk".
