Description

North Yorkshire County Council wishes to establish an Approved Provider List for Health & Adult Services (HAS) for the delivery of: -Home based support -Residential and Nursing -Community Based Support -Supported Living The procurement will establish 4 new lists and enable packages of care to be commissioned and social care services to be put in place to support people within North Yorkshire. The Council reserves the right to commission transformational work to test/pilot new ways of working with the provider's consent within the term of this Contract.

Young Persons Supported Lodgings

The ‘Young Persons Supported Lodging Service’ (the “Service”) will deliver an intensive twenty-four hour staffed supported lodging service to young people aged sixteen to twenty-four (16 to 24) who have a range of support needs, some of which will be complex and require an intensive level of enhanced housing related and transitional support. The Provision of Cheshire and Merseyside Inpatient Detoxification Framework

The key aims of the Framework are: a. To provide inpatient detoxification services to service users that complies with current and future best practice, which is in line with national and local applicable guidance, and with relevant protocols in clinical practice. Renfrewshire Council is seeking to put a contract in place for the provision of a Professional Independent Advocacy Service for Adults, to be delivered from an office situated at a central location in Renfrewshire that is easily reached by all forms of public and individual transport. This Contract will also require specific advocacy for people with drug and alcohol issues.
