Description

You are invited to submit a tender to replace defective ceilings in various locations of St Cenydd Community School. The scope of the project is fully described in the Tender Documentation but in summary the scope is:
•	Engage with and manage any asbestos removals by an Asbestos Removals Contractor from the CCBC Framework for Asbestos Removals on site. You will coordinate and manage their workload on site liaising with their specialist team and asbestos officers from Caerphilly County Borough council to ensure all asbestos is removed from work areas before any other works are carried out.
•	The removal of existing suspended ceilings in Block 74 where indicated in the tender drawings, and installation of new suspended ceilings in their place, to BS 13964.
•	Provide / upgrade fire protection in line with current legislation. 
•	Provide all new lighting in accordance with electrical specification  enclosed within the tender pack
