Description

Appointment of combined Employer's Agent and Project Manager services to assist the Council to develop the scheme for Phase 3 of the Central Somers Town development. The Employer's Agent will provide advice to inform the work of the main Design Team producing Stage 2-6 design. The main outputs of the Employers Agent is to administer the contract, acting as the client's representative and provide project oversight to ensure that the contractor delivers the project as per the contract requirements. The Project Manager role has a broader scope to plan, manage and oversee the delivery of the construction process to ensure the project is delivered successfully.
