Parenting Interventions

Suffolk County Council are currently out to tender for the provision of four evidence-based Parenting Programmes.
This opportunity is available in the 'Current Tenders' area of portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation.  
The advertised value here is £180,000 inclusive of VAT.
The VAT included is 20% Standard Rate however in some circumstances VAT may be exempt or chargeable at a different rate.
The deadline date for submissions of the tender is 18 August 2025 12.00 midday. Please note late returns will NOT be permitted. 
The deadline for clarification questions is 06 August 2025 at 12.00 midday which must be generated via the correspondence option on the website
This contract will be split into four lots – 
1) Supporting Parents to build and strengthen parent child attachment and relationships.
2) Supporting Parents with children with additional needs or a disability.
3) Supporting Parents with Teenagers.
4) Supporting Parents build strong healthy relationships.
There are no restrictions as to how many lots a supplier can bid for or be awarded. 
The estimated maximum value for all 4 Lots (combined), including the extension period is £180,000 inclusive of VAT.
The estimated maximum annual value of all 4 Lots (combined) is £60,000
The budget being split equally between all four lots, £15,000 per lot per annum.
