South Oxfordshire District Council are seeking to appoint an experienced main contractor to carry out a full refurbishment of the dry side changing facilities located at Didcot Wave Leisure Centre, Newlands Avenue, Oxfordshire, OX11 8NX.
The male and female dry side changing facilities and disabled accessible toilet at the Didcot Wave Leisure Centre have become outdated and require a total refurbishment to ensure the facilities maintain a high-quality standard, meet current regulations, and adhere to Sport England's Accessible and Inclusive Sports Facilities guidance.
