Hampshire County Council have run a mini competition to award call off contracts under the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme framework referenced CS19177. This mini competition will cover the Summer period for 2025 (23 July 2025 - 02 September 2025).

The purpose of these services will be to deliver healthy free holiday activities for benefits-eligible Free School Meal children.

Following the exercise, gaps were identified for the 2025 Summer provision as applications were not received that would service the Authority's priorities in twelve locations. As such, the authority has had to award contracts to ten suppliers to address need in those twelve localities, These are single-tender direct awards.
