Service Requirement:
The requirement is for a mail management service which broadly covers the following two elements:

· An inbound digital mail service for mail to be redirected to the provider offices to be scanned and uploaded to a secure online document repository, where NHSR can access the documents electronically.
· An outbound digital mail service for NHSR to transfer outbound documents to the provider using an electronic or web interface, for the provider to print, collate, fold, envelope and post out as letters.
