Measured Term Contract for Building Works and Minor Works

The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust (“the Authority”) intends to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for Minor Works. For the avoidance of doubt, this Framework Agreement is non-exclusive and non-committal. The Authority does not guarantee any minimum value, volume, or continuity of work under this Framework.
