Description

Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) manage a diverse property portfolio encompassing leisure, schools, commercial, corporate landlord and housing stock. MKCC's repair, maintenance (R&M) and compliance obligations differ for the different stock types and leasehold responsibilities.
      
      MKCC are required to meet all statutory obligations in relation to our Housing stock. The Housing stock asset management function is controlled by the MKCC Housing Maintenance and Investment (HMI) team.
      
      Accordingly, this tender package encompasses:
      
      Fire Door Surveys (to encompass communal and domestic dwelling fire doors) as required by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022.

Plymouth CAST Provision of Statutory Testing, Servicing and Reactive Repair Services

The Client is seeking to appoint a single Principal Contractor to deliver the full scope of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) outlined in the specification, which includes: a. Provide a unified reporting structure and escalation process for all services delivered under the contract. e. This approach is intended to ensure streamlined communication, efficient contract management, and clear accountability throughout the duration of the agreement.
