West Bampton Road Design and Build

This is to inform suppliers on the upcoming tender for the following: Proposal: Design and construction (post RIBA stage 3) of 7 dwellings (2 x 1bd bungalow, 3 x 2bd houses and 2 x 3bd houses), and associated works to the car park as per planning consent 23/00886/FUL. The improvement works to the car park consist of, but not limited to, white lining (circa 66 public car parking spaces), site grading and kerbing, surface water drainage works and soft/hard landscaping. Please see attached additional documents: proposed Site Plan & Location Plan. Form of appointment: D&B, JCT 2024 contract, as amended by the PCH schedule of amendments. Tender process: Single stage, open tender. The tender will be administered via the PCH Mercell portal.
