Social Impact Framework

Prior Notice Published: UK-0339 The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub intends to establish a multi-lot framework agreement to support the commissioning of services that address health inequalities and the wider determinants of health. The framework will offer a compliant, structured route for NHS organisations, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), local authorities, and other public sector bodies to procure community-based services. It is designed to strengthen collaboration with VCSEs, SMEs, and specialist providers, with the aim of improving early access to support and reducing pressure on acute services. The framework focuses on three core themes: Voice & Influence: Enabling people and communities to shape services, exercise choice, and be active participants in decision-making. Community-Led Services for Social Impact: Supporting services led by local organisations and people, with a focus on addressing needs identified by the community. Prevention & Cessation: Commissioning services that focus on prevention, early intervention, and supporting people to make positive changes, reducing demand for crisis or acute care. Services may include, but are not limited to, support with mental health, housing, employment, financial inclusion, domestic abuse, and wider prevention services. The framework will be open to all eligible providers across the UK and will operate as an open framework under the Procurement Act 2023. Birmingham Children’s Trust (the Trust) is seeking to appoint an organisation for the provision of Domestic Abuse Intensive Family Support. Domestic abuse is a serious issue, both nationally and locally. The complex nature of domestic abuse and the associated harm and inequalities it creates - including mental and physical ill health, homelessness and unemployment - has a drastic, negative and long-lasting impact upon the safety, health and wider life chances of families. The Trust’s vision is to build a Trust that provides excellent social work and family support for and with the city’s most vulnerable children, young people and families. The contract will commence on 1st October 2025 and will be in place for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 (1 + 1) years subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. The Pan London Children in Care Council

The Pan London Children in Care Council (CiCC) is funded by the City of London Corporation and ALDCS. It provides care-experienced young people with opportunities to voice their opinions, influence services and policies, and improve their care experiences through regular meetings and events. The ‘service users’ of the service will be care-experienced children and young people across the London region. The duration of the contract is 3 years, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to 2 years. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 5 years.
