CWF Lot 1A - Sandgate School (QKS Site)

Description

As part of W&F Councils Planned School Maintenance Program works are required to be undertaken to Sandgate (QKS Site) to include:

• Replacement of defective lightweight pitched roof coverings to address water ingress issues and replace with new Britmet LiteSlate lightweight roof covering on breathable roofing membrane;
• Replacement of facias and soffits;
• Internal reinstatement works to include repairs to defective plastered ceilings and decoration.
