This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is being issued via SAP Ariba to those bidders who have responded to the opportunity issued via RISQS on 25 June 2025.
TfL requires a contract to be put in place for FY2025/2026 and FY 2026/2027; TfL is conducting an open procedure tender for this contract.

Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3

Dragonfly Management (Bolsover) Limited is seeking a suitability qualified contractor to deliver the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 contract across the geographical area of Bolsover District Council's housing stock. Dragonfly Management (Bolsover) Ltd on behalf of Bolsover District Council are looking for a "Turn Key" contractor to undertake the Warm Front Social Housing scheme. The object of the contract to aim to upgrade 91 properties from a EPC rating of D/E to achieve a EPC of C or better. The retrofit work will primarily be carried out on Bolsover District Council owned housing stock however we may be occasions that this contract is extended to private properties and small-scale commercial sites if a need arises. It is anticipated that the majority of works under this contract will be Solar Photovoltaic Panels with Batteries, Air Source heat pumps and loft insulation however is not limited to This scheme is jointly funded by central government and by Bolsover District Council. The estimated total spend will be circa £2.7 million over a maximum term of 60 months period. The contract term will be initially 12 month period with the option to extend to a maximum term of 5 years in 12 months extension periods.

Design, Installation and Commissioning of Solar PV on Student Residence Roofs

The University of Chichester is looking to appoint a competent contractor to design, install and commission solar PV on three of its Halls of Residences at its Bishop Otter Campus in Chichester. The three halls are all planned to be re-roofed, starting in September 2025. This work is urgent due to ongoing roof leaks. Whilst being pursued as quickly as possible, the necessary change in roofing material requires formal planning consent. The change in material is needed because the pitch of the roof is too shallow for the synthetic slates currently fitted. The new roof is planned to be Kingspan KS1000RW profiled insulated composite panels. These comprise a XL Forte plastisol steel outer sheet, a 40mm thick rigid quadcore insulation core and a bright white plastisol finish lining panel face. The University is currently progressing the planning application with the support of a planning consultant and a roofing contractor already "on board". As part of the project the University also wishes to install solar PV to reduce its carbon footprint and help reduce energy costs. Preliminary assessments in relation to solar PV have determined that solar PV is viable. A case has also been made for completing the re-roof and solar PV installations together, due to the saving on scaffolding costs. The planning application for the replacement of the roof therefore includes for solar PV too. Discussion in relation to procurement has however concluded that the design, installation and commissioning of the solar PV should be a separate procurement to the roof - although the University is seeking to see this co-ordinated with the new roof installation as efficiently as possible. As a consequence, this contract will be a design and build contract for the design, installation and commissioning of solar PV on the roofs of Amberley, Chilgrove and Harting student residences. The form of contract will be a largely unamended JCT Design and Build Contract 2024 (DB 2024). This will be kept separate from the roofing contract, but sectional completion clauses will be used to correspond with the planned phasing of the roof replacement works. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a Pan Government Dynamic Market for the provision of Space Technology Solutions to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies (the full list is included below the ' Awarding Contracts' section of this notice). The RM6370 Space Technology Solutions Dynamic Market provides civil and defence related space and geospatial requirements, including related technology, operations, data and advisory solutions (Space Technology Solutions). The Dynamic Market provides a broad scope of goods, works and/or services related to the following deliverables: satellite communications; unmanned autonomous vehicles (UxVs); geospatial and remote sensing; upstream launch services; design and manufacture; space domain awareness; space command and control; rapid deployment capability; research and development; position, navigation and timing; intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; sustainability; security, risk and insurance consulting. The range of goods, works and/or services is broad and intended to capture commercially viable products and services which may be ‘off the shelf’ or bespoke to the buyer requirement. The Dynamic Market is divided into categories, called ‘Parts’. Each Part provides specific goods, works and/or services, as detailed in the Part descriptions. The initial duration of the Dynamic Market will be six years with an optional extension of two years.
