Description

This is a notice confirming award of a framework call-off contract. Following a competitive process on the RM6165 Construction Professional Services framework, the Department has contracted Arcadis UK for provision of technical advisory services to the Breakfast Clubs programme.

The supplier will be required to conduct reviews of schools to provide advisory services on use of space and facilities in support of the Breakfast Clubs programme.

This is to inform suppliers on the upcoming tender for the following: Proposal: Design and construction (post RIBA stage 3) of 7 dwellings (2 x 1bd bungalow, 3 x 2bd houses and 2 x 3bd houses), and associated works to the car park as per planning consent 23/00886/FUL. Tender process: Single stage, open tender. The tender will be administered via the PCH Mercell portal.
